Comfort and Accessibility

Consumer Advocates Lounge

A dedicated networking area will be exclusively accessible for lung cancer consumer advocates attending ALCC 2020. Located within the main conference area, you can rest, recover and catch up with friends. Light refreshments will be served throughout the day and a variety of seating and charging stations will be available.

MCEC have processes and procedures in place to assist delegates with accessing the conference rooms and exhibition areas. To organise an Accessibility Action Plan or found out more about wheelchair access, assisted hearing or vision impairment accessibility, follow the link below.

Additional Information

First aid –  MCEC’s main first aid room is located off the Convention Centre foyer, adjacent to the security control room. A smaller first aid room is located off the Exhibition Centre foyer. Please contact security for first aid assistance on +61 3 9235 8333

Prayer room – Separate male and female prayer rooms including washing facilities are located in the Convention Centre, close to the customer service desk.
